(Amending of the articles)
Articles 40 These articles of association can not be amended, except by resolution of the Board of Directors adopted by three - fourths or more of the incumbent directors and resolution of a General Meeting adopted by three - fourths or more of the current regular members and with the approval of the Minister of Education and Science.
(Dissolution)
Articles 41 For dissolution of the Association, the resolutions by three - fourths or more of the incumbent directors and the current regular members at a Board of Directors and a General Meeting, respectively, and the approval of the Minister of Education and Science shall be required.
(Dispositions of the remaining assets)
Articles 42 The remaining assets upon the dissolution of the Association shall be donated to a non profit juristic person or persons having objectives similar to those of the Association upon the resolutions of three - fourths or more of the incumbent directors and the current regular members at a meeting of the Board of Directors and a General Meeting, respectively, and with the approval of the Minister of Education and Science.
Chapter 8 Supplemental Rules
(Keeping, etc. of documents and account books)
Articles 43

The following documents and account books shall be kept at the office of the Association. However, this shall not apply in case substitute documents and account books are kept in their place in accordance with laws or regulations.
(1) Articles of association
(2) List of members
(3) List of officers, and other staff employees, and their resumes
(4) Inventory of assets
(5) Ledger of assets and debts
(6) Account books related to income and expenditure and vouchers
(7) Documents related to the proceedings of the Board of Directors and General Meetings
(8) Office daily record
(9) Files of correspondence with government office
(10) Other necessary documents and account books
2 The account books and documents mentioned in (6) shall be kept for 10 years or more, the documents mentioned in (7) shall be kept permanently, and the documents and account books mentioned in items (8) through (10) shall be kept for one year or more.

(Detailed regulations)
Articles 44 Detailed regulations pertaining to the enforcement of these articles shall be established by the resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting and the General Meeting.
